Do I need to be good with tech?
No. If you can send a text message and copy and paste, you can start. Everything is explained in plain English, one job at a time. The systems work on your phone or tablet and are built around your life and business, not the other way round.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT account?
No. You can begin with a free AI tool. If a paid option would genuinely make a job easier, I will explain why before you spend anything.
Is it safe to put my business into an AI tool?
Some of it, never all of it. AI tools are not the place for passwords, payment details, private health information or anything you would not want shared. You will learn exactly what never goes in, and how to check everything before it goes out. Safety is a step built into the method, not a promise.
Can AI run my business for me?
No, and anyone who tells you it can is selling something. AI is useful for repeatable drafting, sorting, summarising and planning. You stay responsible for judgement, relationships, facts and final decisions.
What if AI gives me a rubbish answer?
That happens. Usually it needs clearer context, a better example or a tighter job. You will learn how to spot a poor answer and improve it without disappearing down a prompt-writing rabbit hole.
How quickly will I get something useful?

Is this only for business owners?
No. The method works for business admin, household planning, community work and the jobs that sit between all three.
Do you only work with people in Mudgee?
No. I am based in Mudgee and happy to meet in person around the region. Sessions and setups run online just as well, anywhere in Australia.
Can you run a session for our local group?
Yes. Practical staff training runs for up to six people on one agreed topic, and I can tailor beginner workshops for regional business groups, councils, community organisations and small teams.
What happens after I book a free chat?
We talk for about 15 minutes. You tell me what is eating your week and I tell you honestly whether AI can take it, and which offer fits. If it does, you get a plan in writing: what we will do, what it costs, what you need to give me and when it will be done. Nothing starts until you say yes.
